Scott, 9, was banned from pitching after his team went 8-0 and was on its way to the playoffs.
Pint-sized pitching phenom Jericho Scott sued a Connecticut little league yesterday after they barred him - and his 40 mph fastball.
"They won't let me pitch," Jericho, who turns 10 today, told The Daily News. "No one's gotten a base hit on me."
Jericho's lawyer said his teammates are also joining in the suit, because the Youth Baseball League of New Haven wants to disband their team.
